Training Level 2
In this 4 day course, we will be introducing diagnostic methods of AOM, including hara and pulse palpation. There will be more detailed discussion of physiology and pathology to assist in defining syndrome patterns. The clinical application of acupuncture permitting a more extended scope of practice in some conditions womens health, cardio thoracics and neurology is introduced.
This level of training does not claim to offer endorsement of the title Acupuncturist through AHPRA. The standard for endorsement is yet to be determined and we will be posting this informtion as soon as it is available.
Prerequisites
Completion of Integrative Acupuncture Training Level 1 or equivalent. Evidence of current registration and professional indemnity insurance must be provided.
Confirmed dates for the next Integrative Acupuncture Level 2 Training to be held in Brunswick Heads are 9-12 March 2018. Places are strictly limited to permit intensive guidance during practical sessions. To secure a place please enrol early. The cost for this four day intensive program is $1400 for ASAP members. Please note that there is an expectation that participants will have completed the pre reading which requires a minimum of 20 hours.
