To simplify things for me, I only accept cash or EFT. Medicare refunds are processed on site for eligible patients referred by their GP through the Chronic Disease Management Scheme. Please note that sometimes the processing of your medicare rebate doesn't work, usually because information we have received from your referrer is incomplete. We do our utmost to assist you with this but ultimately it is your responsibility to follow up with medicare through the My Gov site.
Under the medicare scheme your are eligible to receive 5 treatments per calendar year with Allied Health Practitioners of your choice. This may be with one practitioner or spread over a couple, for example two sessions with a podiatrist and the remaining three with a physiotherapist. Please discuss this with your GP so that you can best tailor the program to achieve your health outcomes.

Environmental Commitment
At this clinic we recycle all the plastic packaging and guide tube waste from our acupuncture needles.
This is done through a company in Sydney who we pay to receive this waste. Other paper waste is recycled though our council services.The needles unfortunately are not recycled and are collected by a specialist medical waste service. All our cleaning and laundry products are environmentally friendly and made locally by Simply Clean in Lismore which use Lemon Myrtle oil as the basis of their products. Even our toilet paper is environmentally friendly from Who Gives a Crap! So we are endeavouring to run as earth friendly practice as possible.
